By Road: From London

Leave the M25 at junction 5 for the A21 South. Leave the A21 for the A262 signed for Goudhurst. Follow the road through Goudhurst all the way to a roundabout at Sissinghurst. Travel straight over. Turn right in village following signs for Beneden. Turn right again at the crossroads, signed to Cranbrook. The Gardens are half a mile up on the right.

By Rail:

London Charing Cross to Staplehurst station.
From Staplehurst station it is a 5 mile bus or taxi ride to the gardens.
